This jacket has an interesting textured background with a hint of very subtle dots.  Make with 100% cotton fabric, with Velcro Hook and Loop tape at the neck and body closures making the jacket adjustable while keeping kitty safely secure.When fully overlapped the neck measures about 8 inches and about 10 inches around the body just behind the front legs.
