This lovely animal print is made of pre-shrunk 100% cotton fabric.  The neck and body closures have Velcro Brand Hook and Loop tape making the jacket adjustable, while keeping kitty safety secure.When fully overlapped, the neck measures about 8 inches around the neck and about 10 inches around the body.
