This lovely jacket features Extra Large Spots for kitty with extra large attittude - as if, they all don't!!! Made with pre-shrunk 100% cotton fabrics.  Velcro hook and loop tape at the neck and body closures mades the jacket adjustable and kitty safely secured. When fully overlapped, the neck measures about 9 inches and about 14 inches around the body.
