This sweet little jacket is covered with fun dots and adorable kitty faces.  Made with pre-shrunk 100% cotton fabrics with Velcro Brand hook and loop tape at the closures make the jacket adjustable while keeping kitty safely secure.
When fully overlapped, the neck measures about 8 inches and about 10 inches around the body.
