This unique jacket is made with pre-shrunk 100% cotton fabric.  Velcro hook and loop tape at the neck and body closures makes the jacket adjustable, while keeping kitty safely secure.

When fully overlapped, the neck measures about 9 inches and about 14 inches around the body just behind the front legs.
