This sweet Itty Bitty kitten jacket is covered in shades of blue polka dots on a background of white.  Made with pre-shrunk 100% cotton fabric and Velcro Brand hook and loop tape at the neck and body closures making the jacket adjustable while keeping kitten safely secure.
When the velcro is fully overlapped, the neck measures about 8 inches and the body about 10 inches.
