The Fabric name is called "Stripe Fur" even though it is cotton and it does sort of have stripes!:)
This fun fabric jacket has been pre-shrunk and there is Velcro hook and loop tape at the neck and body closures making the jacket adjustable while keeping kitty safely secure.
When fully overlapped, the neck measures about 9 inches and about 14 inches around the body just behind the front legs.
